The Role: Absolutely no portfolio management - You will be overseeing the entire rent roll & team Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed Oversee and implement strategies & procedures Ensure KPI’s are met across the entire team Strategic and operational planning, facilitate weekly meetings Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve staff retention and recognition Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth Managing recruitment for team & 1 on 1 meetings with staff You will have a seat at the table! Your opinion will be highly regarded The Candidate: Must have Department Head experience in Property Management Class 1 License with view to be Licensee/ Current Class 2 License Experience with managing teams & large rental portfolios Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT & Tribunals Lead a highly successful department!
