Sales and Business Development Opportunities
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to lead business development efforts in the Charlotte metro area. This is a high-impact role focused on generating qualified leads and driving new business opportunities by connecting small and medium-sized businesses with our expert team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify prospects through research, identifying, and targeting small and medium-sized businesses in need of accounting, tax planning, and advisory services.
* Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers through proactive outreach, events, and networking.
* Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through a mix of outbound efforts, referrals, local business events, and strategic partnerships.
* Collaborate with senior staff to coordinate and schedule initial sales meetings, leading to technical aspects of client sales and engagement processes.
* Maintain accurate and timely records of prospecting activities and sales interactions using CRM systems.
* Represent our organization at local business networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within professional services or financial services environments.
* Knowledge of the Charlotte SMB ecosystem and a strong local network would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to outreach and a passion for helping business owners grow through sound financial guidance.
