**The Opportunity**
Our client is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join their Aged Care facility in Sydney, NSW
Your key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility and ensure it runs smoothly.
- Manage a team of staff, including maintenance workers, security personnel, and administrative staff.
- Budgeting and financial management to ensure the facility operates within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
To be successful, you will have:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 3+ years' experience in facility management
- Budgeting and financial management expertise
- A strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations
- AHPRA registration preferred but not essential
- Designated consultant to support you through the recruitment process
- Preparation advice regarding resume, cover letter and interview success
