The Position
Are you an experienced leader passionate about early childhood education? We're seeking a dedicated Centre Director to lead our centre in Boambee East. As the Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for young children and guiding our team of educators to excellence.
There is flexibility for the Nominated Supervisor role to be shared between two individuals, with part time or full time arrangements available, depending on the interest and suitability of the candidates.
Required Qualifications & Desired Skills
* Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR
* Working towards or hold a Bachelor of Education (Birth - 5 years)
* Valid Working with Children Check
* National Police Check
* Current Children Protection, First Aid & CPR certificate
* Developing knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Ability to form positive rapport with all children, families, management and educators
* Ability to confidently and clearly communicate, relate and interact with children, families, management and educators
