Optimise Process Engineering Roles
Are you an experienced engineer looking to take your career in process engineering to the next level? We have a full-time opportunity for a talented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role involves working day shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm. You will be based in Arndell Park, NSW, and will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive efficiency and productivity within the print and labels industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Improvement: You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes and technologies to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Troubleshooting and Quality Control: You will troubleshoot issues and ensure that all products meet quality standards.
* Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new solutions, and provide training and support to production staff.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: You will analyse production data and provide recommendations to management.
* Compliance and Safety: You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Requirements:
* A degree in Process/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in the print industry.
* Experience with Prism software.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
* Proficient in using process control and data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
