Chandler Macleod are seeking a Customer Service officer to join our client based in Ingleburn, for a full time temporary position with view to permanent starting ASAP.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with reception duties eg. First point of contact for people, meeting and greeting people on arrival, assisting with monitoring and opening boom gate for trucks entering site
- Administer the end to end customer service processes from order entry through to job scheduling, customer invoicing & vendor payment in a timely and accurate manner
- Regular SAP maintenance to identify and action old orders, unbilled orders, outstanding vendor payments and other anomalies
- Manage the returns processes & investigate credits and action as appropriate
- Regular reporting on order status, schedules, productivity reports, quotes etc
- Schedule Maintenance & Warranty work
- Build relationships with Site Supervisors and confirm pre-installation activities
- Maintain open communication with customers, supervisors & installers to ensure work is executed to schedule & customers advised of any deviation
- Seek to respond and resolve customer complaints and issues concerning installation services in an appropriate and timely manner
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years exerience in office administration/customer service
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- High levels of attention to detail & accuracy in work
- Excellent coordination & time management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
