The Role
We're looking for a Print Technician to join our Shepparton team full‐time.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality print support across our Managed IT and Print customer base. You'll be responsible for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite and remote support for print devices and related software
* Deliver repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across a range of devices
* Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable service
* Ensure all work is completed in line with SLA requirements and service delivery processes
* Maintain accurate job documentation, system updates, and stock management
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
About You
* Proven experience as a Print Technician or in a similar technical support role
* Strong experience diagnosing and repairing multi-function printers and print devices
* Solid understanding of print software and troubleshooting
* Exposure to IT environments will be highly regarded
* Experience in production print environments will be highly regarded
* Experience working with Canon devices/solutions will be highly regarded
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current and valid driver's licence
* Blue Card (or ability to obtain one) for working with children
