Service Advisor Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our busy Automotive Service Department in South Nowra.
* Meet and greet customers, confirm booking details, and provide advice on vehicle repairs/maintenance needs.
* Liaise between workshop and customer for any repairs, sales or warranty operations required.
* Process cost/invoice paperwork for each customer.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
* Proficiency with VOYAGER (dealer management system).
* Proven ability to meet and/or exceed Customer Satisfaction Targets.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
* Able to deliver results and build rapport with valued customers.
* Current NSW Driver's License.
