Job Description
We are seeking support workers to join our team in Swansea, where you will work closely with individuals living with complex needs.
Your primary role will be to provide personalized support and care, focusing on enabling individuals to live life on their terms.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily routines, community access, and personal care, as well as managing complex needs including behaviours of concern.
Additionally, you will be required to administer medication, implement behaviour support plans, and use de-escalation techniques to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months' experience: In disability, aged care, mental health, or related fields.
* Certificate III/IV: Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred).
* Experience supporting people with: Psychosocial, mental illness, high physical needs, and behaviours of concern.
* Availability: 4 PM-8 PM is highly desirable.
* Key skills: Administering medication, using de-escalation techniques, and providing person-centred care.
