Your Role
As a Medical Services Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the scheduling, advertising, and promotion of IIME doctor services.
* Supporting business development by attending client meetings and onboarding new clients and specialists.
* Identifying and recruiting appropriate experts for medico‐legal cases.
* Maintaining strong relationships with insurance stakeholders to ensure service uptake.
* Coordinating the timely delivery of expert reports.
* Assisting in the quality assurance of specialist reports.
* Supporting the training and onboarding of new staff.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including lawyers and doctors.
* Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
* Excellent time management to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
* Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Word, Excel, and MS Access.
* Familiarity with medical terminology (highly desirable).
* Prior experience in a law firm, healthcare setting, or insurance agency (desirable).
