Role Overview
This is a full-time position where you will work closely with an experienced sales agent, gaining hands-on experience across residential sales. You will be mentored and exposed to various aspects of the job including client meetings, open inspections, and campaign support.
Main Responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team with listing and selling properties
* Attending open inspections and interacting with potential buyers
* Managing client communication throughout campaigns
* Coordinating marketing efforts and preparing necessary documentation
* Assisting with daily prospecting and phone work alongside the team
* Participating in team meetings and learning from real-time feedback and coaching
About You
A motivated individual with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in real estate. Well-presented, professional, and confident in communication and organisation. Strong work ethic and willingness to work on weekends. Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential, it's your attitude, personality, and commitment that matter.
Exposure to CRM systems is beneficial.
