Assistant Account Manager | Insurance Broking | Sydney | Full Time | Hybrid Support a high-performing broking team and build your career in commercial insurance. A well-established and growing insurance broking business is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join its client servicing team. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with experienced Account Managers across a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients, supporting the delivery of tailored insurance solutions and high-quality client outcomes. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their insurance knowledge, develop strong client relationships, and build a long-term career in the broking industry. The Opportunity You'll be an integral part of the client servicing function, supporting the full insurance lifecycle from new business through to renewals and ongoing policy management. Working closely with Account Managers and insurers, you will help ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and well-managed insurance solutions across a range of commercial risks. You will: Support Account Managers in managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients Assist with new business submissions, quotations, and policy placements Coordinate renewals, endorsements, and ongoing policy adjustments Liaise with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Assist with claims administration and client follow-ups Maintain accurate policy data and documentation within internal systems Contribute to a high standard of client service and operational efficiency About You You are organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced client service environment. You enjoy working as part of a team but are also capable of managing your own workload and taking initiative.
