Key Responsibilities
* Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes
* Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams
* Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, testers, and end-users to ensure requirements are understood and met
* Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement and recommend effective solutions
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and validate requirements
* Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management
* Support change management activities, including training and documentation for end-users
* Ensure all solutions align with organisational goals, compliance standards, and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (mandatory)
* Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst in a professional IT environment
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in business process modelling, requirement gathering techniques, and documentation tools
* Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
