**Why does this role exist?**
Within the Treasury / Cash Management business of the bank, Global Banking Operations (GBO) is responsible for the provision of first class service to the Bank's corporate clients from effective onboarding through to ensuring daily operations meet regulatory requirements. Within GBO, the Documentation Team is responsible for ensuring client agreements & forms are represented accurately on the Bank's servicing platforms in addition to alignment with policies on retention, storage and destruction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reviewing client soft & hard copy documentation to ensure alignment with business process and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring soft copy documentation is stored in Bank's operational platforms
- Coordinating resources to ensure adhoc initiatives relating to document management practices are delivered
- Liaise with Client Service teams to ensure client queries are addressed promptly
- Management of onsite and offsite physical records inventory
- Identifying areas for process improvement / streamlining with a focus on the concept of 'paperless office'
**Skills & Experience**
- Document management disciplines / exposure
- Ability to review agreements / forms with documented policies / procedures in mind
- Analyze day-to-day work to identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiencies -escalate to management as needed.
