The Role
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the human backbone of an automated ecosystem, ensuring guests and landlords enjoy a seamless rental journey.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and landlords via chat, email, and phone.
Guide current landlords and partners through the PMS platform.
Troubleshoot operational and technical issues, escalating as needed.
Track satisfaction metrics, gather feedback and identify trends to improve service.
Collabórate with Operations, Product and Tech to refine processes.
Identify upselling and retention opportunities.
What You Bring
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer success, hospitality or property management.
Confidence using CRM systems, PMS tools and digital support platforms.
Robust problem‑solving, time‑management and organizational skills.
High emotional intelligence: empathy, patience and composure under pressure.
Fluency in English (French or other languages are a robust plus).
