Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
The role you'll play is key to creating an exceptional customer experience, where you help customers achieve their banking goals.
In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service, building strong relationships with our customers and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Whether it's assisting customers with transactions, educating them about our online platforms or recommending products and services that best suit their needs, you'll value how it feels to make a difference in people's lives.
You'll explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations, partner with different specialists within the branch and provide support as needed. You'll also keep up with constant change, supporting our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
As the face of the branch and customer service, you'll become our customers' go-to person for anything from processing transactions, handling cash, investigating queries or assisting with paperwork. You'll keep risk considerations at the forefront and deliver secure, accurate transactions.
This is a Permanent, Full-time position located in Mt Evelyn.
Requirements:
1. Experience in customer service environment and ability to achieve targets
* Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
o Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
+ Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes us different
# Drive for collaboration - working together and achieving our goals is crucial
* Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential
