* Ensure all products are presented and packaged in accordance with company standards.
* Maintain accurate product labeling and pricing.
* Manage inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
* Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
* Operate equipment safely, including bandsaws, mincers, slicers, and knives.
* Participate in ordering and receiving meat supplies as required.
* Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Minimum 3-5 years of professional butchery experience is required.
* Australian citizenship is required for this position.
* Any relevant qualification in butchery or meat processing is required.
