What You’ll Be Doing
Join our passionate team at the Underwood, QLD, Dulux Trade Centre as our next Store Manager, where you’ll not only lead day-to-day operations but also be empowered to grow your career within a business that values development and internal progression. * Managing store financials, KPIs, and inventory
* Leading and developing your team to achieve sales targets
* Championing outstanding customer service
* Building strong relationships with our Dulux Field Sales team to drive growth
