The Opportunity Thanks to a period of rapid growth a new opportunity has been created for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a team of four, the role is focussed on efficiently and accurately processing a high volume of invoices and administering a new AP automation software. Based in their head office in Leeton, the role is focussed on: Accurately processing a high volume of invoices. Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers. Ensuring all payments are processed on time. Supporting the upgrade and implementation of a new AP automation system. Assist with monthly AP reporting. Supporting payroll processing as needed. About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech savvy AP Officer who is looking for an opportunity where they can have an impact. The company is growing rapidly and investing in improved systems, policies and procedures and looking for the best talent to come along on a journey with them. Ideally you will have: A proven track record in a similar fast paced AP role (up to 800 invoices per month). Excellent computer skills (Microsoft suite) and a knack for technology. Outstanding attention to detail. NetSuite exposure is desired. Payroll experience will help you standout from the crowd. Exposure to AP automation systems will be highly regarded.
