Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is a world-renowned destination located on the stunning Cable Beach in Broome, Western Australia.
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our Reservations department as a Coordinator.
You will be responsible for maximizing service, yield and occupancy through FIT, group & conference bookings.
This position involves liaising with various stakeholders, including wholesalers, travel agents and tour group companies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with external partners to maximize revenue and occupancy.
* Cooperating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing and other resort departments.
* Reporting directly to the Reservations Manager or Sales Manager in their absence.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Hospitality/ Tourism industry.
* Proven customer service experience.
* Certification in Hospitality, Training Small Groups, Management or Supervision and/or Health and Safety Standards is an advantage.
* Strong computer skills, preferably with Hotel/ Resort Front of House systems.
* Administrative experience, including organizational and time management skills.
