About the Role
Freedom Sports Medicine is seeking a full time Physiotherapist to join our team in Mooroolbark, Melbourne. At Freedom, physiotherapy goes beyond short-term symptom relief. We guide clients through structured, outcome-focused programs designed to achieve long-term results and sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Deliver manual therapy, exercise prescription and rehabilitation programs
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
* Educate clients on injury prevention and long-term health strategies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals where appropriate
Skills & Experience Required
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
* Current (or eligibility for) AHPRA registration
* Experience in musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy preferred
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to ongoing career development
