As Clinical Care Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across the home and support the delivery of high-quality care in line with aged care standards and best practice. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate clinical care delivery across the home Oversee care planning, clinical assessments, and documentation Support and mentor Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Workers Monitor resident outcomes and ensure care plans reflect changing clinical needs Oversee infection prevention and control practices and clinical compliance Investigate and manage clinical incidents, risks, and quality improvements Collaborate with GPs, allied health professionals, residents, and families Participate in audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote a positive team culture focused on resident dignity, wellbeing, and quality care About You You are a compassionate and confident clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced aged care environment and is passionate about mentoring teams and improving resident outcomes.
