THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading and innovative registered club and a proud supporter of a range of local sports and community groups. They are seeking a Marketing Specialist on a 4-week contractwith an immediate startto provide short-term support to their marketing team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Group Marketing and Communications Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Support the delivery of marketing activity and brand identity across allocated venues, assisting with campaign planning, menu promotions, and targeted marketing activity.
* Assist in coordinating and rolling out marketing plans that align with strategic goals, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
* Work alongside the operations and food and beverage teams to support menu development and help ensure brand consistency across promotions.
* Support the Marketing Manager in keeping the marketing calendar up to date and communicating planned activity with key stakeholders.
* Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns, member initiatives, and community activities, supporting wider teams with rollouts as required.
* Support the briefing of external agencies across design, social media, digital, PR, photography, videography, visual merchandising, print and promotional materials, helping to ensure outputs meet objectives.
* Support the review of campaign performance and assist in providing insights to refine future activity.
* Provide assistance with planning and executing key events and venue launches.
* Support agency briefs for visual merchandising, signage and way-finding to ensure consistent brand presentation across all venues.
YOU:
The ideal candidate will bring:
* A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred and experience in hospitality is desired.
* The ability to contribute creative ideas and support the delivery of innovative marketing activity.
* You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing internal and external relationships.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency in all outputs and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with food and beverage, operations, and external agencies.
