Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary) - High Volume Blue Collar

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at managing a large candidate pipeline and quickly filling critical positions. They are hiring for a variety of roles including Plumbers, Electricians, Cleaners, Kitchen staff etc and need a skilled recruiter to hit the ground running.
What you will do:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for a large number of blue-collar positions, from posting jobs to extending offers.
* Source and screen a high volume of candidates efficiently using a variety of platforms.
* Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
We are looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with various sourcing tools and an ATS.
