Job Title: Inclusive Education Leader
About the Role:
* Lead and manage a Special Education Program to provide advice to classroom teachers for students with disabilities as needed.
* Provide high-quality advice to school leaders and other staff to develop, plan, and implement effective adjustments for students with disabilities.
* Coordinate and provide intensive targeted teaching for students requiring intervention.
* Provide and/or coordinate case management for students who require extensive adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality advice and support provided by the Special Education Program.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive a holistic approach to inclusion and differentiation in the school.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
