Position Summary: Responsible for driving the growth of ASG Australia across the Asia-Pacific region by developing and implementing sales, marketing, and brand strategies. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, building strong customer loyalty, and positioning Scicon Sports as a leading brand in the performance cycling and lifestyle markets. Key Responsibilities: Direct the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Define and implement sales targets, track performance against goals, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue. Lead initiatives to promote Scicon Sports products (eyewear, travel bags, accessories) through multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, and events. Develop and oversee strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty, ensuring strong customer engagement across B2B and B2C segments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners, negotiating agreements that drive sustainable growth. Coordinate with marketing to design and deliver impactful promotional campaigns aligned with global brand strategy. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategy accordingly. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and cycling competitions to strengthen visibility and expand networks. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, brand development, and market opportunities. Ensure consistent brand image and reputation across all regional activities.
