In this role, you'll be responsible for managing daily bakery production, preparing a variety of fresh breads and implementing baked goods menus that meet our contractual requirements.You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth coordination across the kitchen, while taking ownership of your bakery section and delivering consistently high-quality results.
