About the Role
As a Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across the business. You will work closely with senior management to provide accurate forecasts, financial models, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
* Conduct variance analysis and performance tracking against KPIs
* Support strategic planning and business case analysis
* Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and profitability trends
* Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial risk analysis
* Present financial insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership
* Improve financial reporting processes and internal controls
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years' experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or Finance Analyst
* Strong financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
* Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar)
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* CA, CPA, or progress toward certification is advantageous but not required
