As a Community Engagement Advisor, you'll have a positive impact in your local community and the organisation through aligning activities to the branch business plan and building a pipeline of new prospects and opportunities.
This dynamic and high-impact role involves:
* Co-ordinating and administering community grants and sponsorship programs, including reporting and evaluation of these programs.
* Promoting and communicating the community banking model to grant sponsorship applications for the community.
* Immersing yourself within the local community. You'll have a mind for networking and collaborations and will work with the board and branch management team to seek out, nurture and organise community relationships, partnerships and events.
o Telling our stories. Through various channels, you'll help spread the word and celebrate the work we do within the community.
This is a permanent, part-time supporting both the Carrum Downs & Marriott Waters branches, the roster being 18 – 24 hours per week with flexibility on hours/days for the right candidate. The ability to occasionally attend community events outside of normal business hours is also a requirement of the role.

* Effective communication skills to share our Community Bank story.
o Excellent time management and organisational skills.
+ You will be responsible for creating and posting content and driving engagement through various social media platforms.
# Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
* Project or event management experience (desirable, but not essential).
o Confidence with technology and experience in digital platforms and creative/editing tools.
