About the Role

We're seeking a proactive Business Growth Manager to help expand our business by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships. This is a true hunter role, perfect for someone passionate about generating leads, driving sales, and achieving results in transport and logistics.

* Identify and target new business opportunities in transport and logistics.

* Build relationships with prospective clients through outreach and face-to-face meetings.

* Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to ongoing revenue growth.


What We Need

* Experience in transport or related fields.

* A proactive and resilient attitude, a true hunter mentality.

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

* Comfortable with outbound sales, including cold calling.
