At ClickDeck, we design and supply innovative decking products — from our flagship ClickDeck Aluminium Deck Frame System to composite decking and structural pavers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a sales role with a growth mindset.
You will actively identify opportunities, educate customers, and convert those opportunities into revenue. While inbound enquiries form part of the role, a key focus is researching who to target, proactively reaching out, and turning education into commercial outcomes.
This opportunity offers significant financial upside through uncapped commission within an established and rapidly growing business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and hunt new business opportunities
• Convert opportunities into sales outcomes
• Train builders, installers, and resellers on ClickDeck quoting software
• Manage project tenders, major opportunities, and structured follow-ups
• Build and manage strong sales pipelines to achieve monthly targets
• Support resellers with tools and knowledge to help generate sales
• Visit builders, installers, and resellers for demos and technical discussions
• Secure new builder accounts and onboard new resellers
• Engage architects, engineers, and specifiers to drive ClickDeck specification in projects
• Attend trade nights, networking events, and industry presentations
You will play a key role in growing the ClickDeck brand and expanding market presence.

• Base salary of $105,000 (includes car allowance) + super
• Uncapped commission, calculated and paid monthly
• Realistic OTE of $130k–$150k+ for consistent performers

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven sales experience in construction or building products
• Driven, proactive, and comfortable working to targets
• Hungry to earn well above base salary
• Ability to identify, nurture, and close sales
• Energetic, professional, and customer-focused
• Commercially minded with strong presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• Experience using CRM systems (training provided)
• Computer literate
• Valid driver's licence
• Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in construction or building products
• Australian citizens only eligible to apply
• Availability for regular travel 2-3 days per week to meet clients (Local)
