HR Business Partner

Reporting to the Executive Manager of HR, and leading a small team this role will be instrumental in providing HR support and advice across the business. Partnering with senior stakeholders, this role is has a broad remit and with your cooperative and hands on approach you will help drive high performance and effective outcomes across the business.
Key responsibilities cover:
Partner closely with key senior stakeholders on all HR related matters, programs and projects
Provide timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups
Work closely with the wider HR team to plan and deliver initiatives that align people with the goals and objectives of the company (ie, talent, strategy, performance, remuneration reviews etc)
Contribute to the design and implementation of relevant HR Services
Review and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
Extensive knowledge and understanding of enterprise agreements, awards and employment related legislation.
Highly experienced in providing high quality advice and guidance to management on complex and sensitive people related matters.
High level of knowledge and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR issues including performance management, recruitment and selection, industrial relations, process improvement and change management.
Proven ability to build respectful relationships with employees at all levels
Strong planning and organisational skills - prioritising work, deal with competing demands to ensure tight deadlines are met
Be up to date with contemporary HR practices
