Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (FIFO – fly out Day 21)
FIFO: Flights provided from all Capital Cities & Territories across Australia

About the Project:
Ganaji Contracting is recruiting high-caliber Supervisors to deliver works on a large-scale, complex Oil & Gas construction project in Karratha, WA.
This is a demanding, fast-paced environment operating within live and/or under-construction process plant, and it requires supervisors who know Oil & Gas, understand risk, and can lead teams safely and decisively.
These roles are not suitable for first-time supervisors or candidates without Oil & Gas experience. You must have a proven history supervising instrumentation or electrical scopes on major Oil & Gas or LNG projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead toolbox talks and safety leadership, enforcing Zero Harm standards
* Control permits and isolations in line with site and legislative requirements
* Supervise construction and commissioning across one or more crews
* Drive productivity and progress, correcting issues before they impact schedule
* Manage labour and plant against cost codes and project controls
* Execute the project programme, escalating risks, delays, or scope changes
* Enforce quality, subcontractor compliance, and site performance standards
Mandatory Requirements
* WA Electrical Licence (Unrestricted, or Restricted with Cert III Instrumentation)
* Cert III or Cert IV Instrumentation with hands-on Oil & Gas experience
* Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience specifically within Oil & Gas operations (within your field)
* First Aid (issued within the last 36 months)
* CPR / LV Rescue (issued within the last 12 months)
* Construction Card (White or Blue)
* Full Australian working rights – applicants must currently be in Australia
* Cert IV EEHA (job specific)
