Your new company

Botanical Resources Australia is a Tasmanian-based industry leader as part of an international organisation with diverse operations across multiple industries. Built on decades of scientific expertise, product quality, and a commitment to corporate social responsibility, BRA provides an environment where employees are supported to grow, develop new knowledge, and make meaningful contributions to a unique organisation with global reach.

As the company continues to experience growth driven by global demand for its natural, sustainable product, a new opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Officer to join the expanding HR Team. This ISOaccredited business offers the chance to join a collaborative, highperforming team that values curiosity, initiative, and continuous improvement, while contributing to projects and processes that shape the organisation's people and culture.

Your new role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will provide coordination and administrative support across a broad range of HR activities, assisting with the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the business. This is a handson operational role suited to someone who thrives on variety, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring systems and processes run effectively.

You will be central to coordinating the organisation's training framework, supporting competency, compliance, and ongoing staff development.

Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating endtoend employee training, including planning, scheduling, and liaison with internal and external providers.

* Maintaining training matrices, competency records and compliance documentation.

* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

* Managing HR documentation including position descriptions, organisational charts and performance review paperwork.

* Responding to general HR queries and escalating more complex matters.

* Assisting with labourhire coordination and seasonal staffing requirements.

* Providing administrative support for performance management, investigations and daytoday HR operations.

* Maintaining accurate personnel files and HR records.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring a proactive and responsive approach, with the ability to work autonomously while remaining a collaborative team contributor.

To be successful, you will have:

* Demonstrated experience in HR, recruitment, HR administration, or a similar field.

* Experience working within a business or corporate environment.

* Qualifications in HR, Business Administration or a related field (desirable, but not essential).

* High levels of computer literacy, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to prioritise, solve-problems and maintain confidentiality.

* A professional and reliable working style.

What you'll get in return

You will join an organisation where people are at the centre of business decision-making, and for an HR professional, this means the opportunity to work in a business where people and culture are core drivers of strategy and success.

The HR environment is dynamic and engaging, with no two days the same. You will play a meaningful role in shaping workforce outcomes, partnering with leaders, and contributing to initiatives which have a tangible impact across the business.

You'll benefit from the stability and reputation of a globally recognised organisation, as part of a team committed to your continuous learning, broad exposure, and professional development, supporting you to build a long-term career.
