As a seasoned IT Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support global and regional initiatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service quality, safety, and security.
Responsibilities
* Lead a diverse technical team in a datacenter, driving empowerment and accountability through coaching and mentoring.
* Collaborate with business partners to plan and execute initiatives that maintain adherence to datacenter availability, safety, and security.
* Manage relationships with clients to ensure clear expectations are clarified and understood, delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.
* Oversee end-to-end service compliance, quality, and client satisfaction, accountable for meeting agreed-upon service levels.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5+ years' experience in mission-critical service management, with a proven track record of leading diverse technical teams.
* 3+ years' experience in managing large-scale and complex projects/programs, with expertise in Critical Environment infrastructures and physical IT infrastructures.
