Overview
Wellways is offering a Home Care Worker role based in the Albury/Wodonga region (NSW). This is a part‐time casual position with flexible shift times, including daytime, evening and sleep‐over nights. Pay ranges from $36.23 to $65.21 per hour (penalty rates included) and salary packaging is available.
Responsibilities
This frontline role delivers a wide range of consumer‐directed services to support participants in their daily living activities. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance and medication management, as well as ensuring individual needs are met and contributing to continuous improvement of care.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (desirable but not essential) or equivalent working/lived experience
* Current drivers licence
* Satisfactory National Police check
* Current Working with Children check
* Right to work in Australia
* NDIS Worker Screening check
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module Certificate
