**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and operating the sublimation machine and vertical paint line, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Collaborate with engineers to install, commission, and optimize equipment, ensuring alignment with design specifications and performance standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical components of the sublimation machine and paint line to maximize equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and technical issues related to machinery to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Visually inspect machinery for malfunctions or potential issues and report any equipment that requires repair or recalibration.
- Ensure that all equipment is operating within fine tolerances and industry safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair logs, and contribute to ongoing equipment improvements based on performance insights.
- Provide technical support to team members and management, addressing questions related to equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $73,200.00 - $80,000.00 per year
