About the Role
Join our
Gold Coast-based team
as a
Customer Service Representative
, supporting customers with general banking enquiries — no sales or upselling, just real conversations and problem-solving.
You'll be helping with:
Account balances and card replacements
Updating personal information
Online banking support and fraud enquiries
Dispute investigations and feedback capture
What We're Looking For
Customer service experience is great, but not essential
You're confident using a computer and navigating multiple systems
You communicate clearly and professionally
You enjoy solving problems and helping people
You've completed at least Year 10 or equivalent

Training in the Gold Coast Office
Weeks 1–3: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm
Weeks 4–7: On-the-job coaching, Mon–Fri between 8:00 am–8:00 pm

What You Need to Know
You'll need to attend 100% of training
