The Role
We have an opportunity within administration to welcome an experienced Medical Receptionist to our strong team. This position is for 3 days a week, totalling 24 hours.

- Exceptional patient care and empathy
- Innovative, enthusiastic and exceptional work ethic
- Previous experience in a medical/allied health/optometry setting
- Medical software experience
- Professional and friendly interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A team focused approach
Key responsibilities
- Attendance and discharge of patients
- Management of patient records and data
- Patient billing
- Manage patient and other health care provider enquiries
- Excellent telephone skills
- Prioritising confidentiality at all times
The successful applicant will be working within a friendly, passionate and qualified team of 16 who pride themselves on excellence in patient care and customer service.
