The Role
Assist the Senior Sous Chef in daily operations
Produce a variety of individual cakes, celebration cakes, mousse cakes and tarts
Prepare cake components and mixes for the decorating team
Ensure high standards of consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment
About You
Background in
pastry or cake production
within a high-volume kitchen or facility
Skilled in cakes, mousses, tarts and pastry mixes
Comfortable with early morning shifts - shifts are 4am to 12pm Tuesday to Saturday
Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team
This position offers the chance to further develop pastry expertise while contributing to a professional and established production environment.
