Health Safety and Environmental Specialist Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in health, safety and/or relevant industry experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position, along with strong analytical skills.
* Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders and other internal and external organisations as required.
* Coordinate HSE training courses for project personnel.
* Organise onsite and offsite training courses through Registered Training Organisations.
* Ensure currency of knowledge of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) standards and training packages.
Required Qualifications:
* Diploma or Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110.
* Lead Auditor OHS Management Systems (Desirable).
* Workplace First Aid / CPR Certification.
* Current State/Territory Driver's License Class C.
* Certification in a recognised Drug and Alcohol testing program.
* ICAM or Taproot investigation training.
