About the Role
* Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on ATC navigation and comms systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
* Utilise defence maintenance systems to log and manage tasks, streamlining our operations and enhancing efficiency.
* Respond promptly to operational needs and controller staff, providing exceptional support and service.
* Work independently to diagnose faults, certify maintenance, and support system integration, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
* Complete OEM training, including travel, to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Comply with internal reporting requirements, upholding our commitment to transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum Certificate III/IV in Electronics, demonstrating your technical proficiency.
* Possess experience in a relevant technical industry, showcasing your understanding of complex systems and processes.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with complex electronic systems, ideally radar and/or air traffic control systems.
* Exhibit ability to work in a highly regulated, defence-aligned environment, adhering to strict standards and protocols.
* Hold a negative vetting Level 1 security clearance or eligibility to obtain, ensuring our organisation's confidentiality and integrity.
* Meet eligibility criteria for International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations, safeguarding sensitive information and technologies.
* Obtain defence security clearance or demonstrate eligibility, further reinforcing our organisation's commitment to security and compliance.
