About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the testing function for the City of Casey's OneCouncil Program, a major digital transformation initiative. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams, ensuring systems are thoroughly validated and ready for delivery. Leveraging AI to deliver improvements and efficiencies in testing practices.
Working closely with project teams, business analysts and technical specialists, you will drive test strategy, coordinate testing activities and help ensure high-quality outcomes that support the organisation and the community.
What You'll deliver
* A comprehensive testing strategy aligned to program timelines and deliverables.
* Coordinated and effective testing across multiple workstreams and system modules.
* High-quality functional, integration, regression and non-functional testing outcomes.
* Clear test reporting and insights to support informed release decisions.
* Continuous improvement in testing processes, automation and quality assurance practices.
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end testing within large, complex technology programs.
* Strong knowledge of functional, non-functional, integration and regression testing practices.
* Experience developing and executing test strategies, plans and reporting across multiple workstreams.
* Hands‐on experience with test management and automation tools.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and influence stakeholders.
* Experience in TechnologyOne OneCouncil environment would be an advantage.
* Willingness to undergo pre‐employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check.
