Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. We have 30+ hours per week available, but more hours are available for the right candidate. Thursday night and Saturday availability is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and body treatments.
* Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
* Maintain a clean and organised treatment area.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Work as part of the Ella Bache Springfield team to achieve salon goals.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
* Minimum of 6 months previous in-salon beauty therapy experience is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including Thursday evening and Saturdays.
* Must have Australian work rights for this position.
