We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join a prominent multi-site building supplies business in Lavington, as a Finance Admin Officer. In this key support role in the Finance team, you’ll play a significant part in managing Payroll, Accounts Payable, Credit Control as well as helping with general office admin duties and supporting the Head Office team. Do you have experience in? Processing payroll for approximately 100 staff (5 company entities) Managing debt recovery and financial transactions across multiple locations Reconciliation of creditor statements and processing invoices Assisting with general office duties from reception to placing stationery orders What We’re Looking For: Strong Microsoft Office and financial software skills (Micronet ERP, Xero & Excel) A keen eye for detail and a commitment to results A professional, positive and proactive attitude to working in a team Some exposure to management accounting and debtor management Someone keen on career growth opportunities If you’re eager to contribute to a supportive, professional team and build your career in finance, apply now!
