You will also be upskilled to other work areas of the Facility to improve your skill-set and growth opportunities within our business.In this role you will:Safe and efficient operation of pool movements using Franna cranesDogging activities including demoulding of pools and all the movements through to supporting the loading of pools to our clientsWorking closely with site supervisors to ensure our schedules are managed efficiently with a focus on quality and client expectationsComplete relevant documentation including safety records and quality controlOperate within a manner where safe work practices are never jeopardisedOur ideal candidate will:A strong understanding of safe work practices and operation of mobile cranes and doggingMobile crane licence (C2 at a minimum) and licence to perform doggingDemonstrate a strong work ethic with prompt and reliable attendanceAble to work within an environment where multiple activities are occurring simultaneouslyEnglish language proficiency – due to the workplace safety requirements of our facility, a good basic level of written and spoken English is required to ensure adequate communication with team members during the daily operationsIn return you can expect:Be part of an incentive programDaily breakfast foods providedWorking for a business that invests in learning and developmentMonthly BBQs and birthday celebrationsLifestyle benefits knowing that you have fixed hours of operationsWe look forward to receiving your application
