Join the vibrant and fast paced team at Stockland Wetherill Park. This critical role is based in the office 5 days a week on site in centre and is perfect for someone who is hungry to grow their career in marketing. You will work closely with the Centre Management and marketing teams to support retailers and drive exciting customer experience initiatives.
We Are Looking For
An energetic marketer who thrives in a busy retail environment, enjoys building relationships and is excited to take the first major step in a long term marketing career.
What You Will Do
* Support the implementation of centre marketing activity, campaigns and retailer programs that strengthen the commercial performance of the centre.
* Build strong relationships with retailers and local groups to activate community partnerships and events.
* Assist with marketing planning, content coordination and communications across social and digital channels.
* Help deliver customer experience improvements and support initiatives aligned to the centre strategy.
* Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on some exciting upcoming strategic initiatives.
* Coordinate marketing requests, supplier engagement and visual merchandising to maintain presentation standards.
* Manage multiple stakeholders and be the on-the-ground marketing support for a busy, vibrant team.
About You
You are early in your marketing career and eager to learn. You enjoy making things happen, working in a fast-paced retail environment and supporting a high performing team. You have experience in shopping centres, retail or hospitality with exposure to marketing or customer engagement.
Experience and Skills That Count
* Hospitality, retail, shopping centres in marketing customer engagement or similar.
* Ability to manage retailer relationships and coordinate marketing support plans.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
* Positive, proactive and keen to grow your marketing career over the coming years.
