Business Development Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with a FMCG company, with the ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams along with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. This role requires high-quality relationships with customers and facilitating sustainable account growth through distribution, rate of sale, promotional activity and sales in retail and on trade consistent with Super Premium category positioning.
The Account Manager is responsible for building the profile of the brand through customer presentations, brand advocacy, and tastings. A joint business plan with customers is also necessary. The ideal candidate should thrive in an autonomous environment, free from office routine and in a high performing culture delivering quality outcomes.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Build the profile of the brand through customer presentations, brand advocacy, and tastings.
* Ensure customer alignment with agreements, such as promotional activities and individual joint business plans.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience with a FMCG company.
* Wine industry experience/knowledge is beneficial but not essential as you will get on-the-job training.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams.
* Highly organized, motivated, and adaptive individual who can thrive in an autonomous environment.
