**About the role**
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
- Generate revenue from all leads including new business, recycling and upselling opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understanding business needs and proposing Lawpath's unique software solutions
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and expanding the customer base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities through our CRM system (Salesforce).
**To be successful, you will need**:
- Effective verbal communication skills for phone-based interactions are crucial for this role.
- Demonstrated strength in sales with the ability to successfully close deals.
- Development of quick knowledge growth in Lawpath products and services
- Proven track record of meeting individual revenue targets, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Quick learning and proficient use of diverse systems.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
