Chandler Macleod are seeking an Office All Rounder to join our client based in North Sydney.
This is a perfect opportunity if you can work 5 days a week with part time hours on offer (25 - 30 hours per week), permanent opportunity.
The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Providing business support to the team
- First point of contact for all enquires and requests for information
- Maintain and manage meeting rooms and bookings
- Event management - booking rooms, catering & RSVP's
- Maintain tidiness of reception and meeting rooms
- Timely and accurate management of mail, courier orders and deliveries
- Submit monthly office supplies order.
- Manage local suppliers such as security bins, plants, cleaners, etc.
- Adhoc administration
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- A positive approach and a drive to exceed
- Previous experience in a administration/business support role
- Excellent and straightforward communication skills, both verbally and written
- Proven ability to adapt to a changing and sometimes challenging environment
- Very strong organisation and problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- An understanding or awareness of the energy industry highly desired
- Experience in CRM
- Understand the value of team dynamic
